    (2 Week Course)

    This course explores recognising signs that may indicate someone is at risk of suicide and learning how to approach sensitive conversations about suicide with empathy and understanding. The course also covers how to create personalised safety plans to support those at risk and offers guidance on connecting with local and national suicide prevention resources. The course has been designed for carers and families of individuals who may be struggling and is open to anyone with an interest in exploring these important suicide prevention skills.
