    Suicide Prevention (Families and Carers)

    (Singular 3 hour session)

    This course explores how to recognise warning signs that someone may be at risk of suicide. You'll learn how to approach sensitive conversations about suicide with empathy, create safety plans to help those at risk, and find support through local and national resources. It's designed for carers and families, but anyone interested in learning suicide prevention skills is welcome to join.
