The aim of this course is to increase awareness and understanding of emotions and feelings, what they are and what they mean for us and others.
- Define emotions and feelings
- Begin to understand our emotions
- Identify our own emotions
- Explore living with and managing our emotions
- Think about strategies and skills to manage our emotions
- Increase our self-awareness, acceptance and self-compassion
