
(Four Week Course)
This course will help you explore different techniques and art materials as a means of self-expression in creative way. Writing down or visually recording your thoughts and feelings helps you understand them more clearly and allows you to learn more about yourself. We use the CHIME framework, to reflect on identity, build a positive sense of self, and develop skills that support wellbeing.
