    (Five Week Course)

    How can Creative Writing benefit our wellbeing? 

    As we write it allows us to express difficult feelings, explore memories and distract us from negative thoughts and stimulate our brains. There are many benefits of creative writing to aid personal recovery.

    During our sessions, We use the CHIME* framework, using a different element each week to produce pieces of written work. Each week there will be group discussion and brainstorming to help you create your piece. There is opportunity to write on a variety of topics, learn new writing techniques and share your work in a safe and supportive space.
