In October, we celebrated a huge milestone at The Recovery College,. we turned 10! 10 Years of working to empower individuals in our community to take hold of their mental health recovery journey.
We created a series of YouTube videos speaking with past and present staff members from across the Black Country Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust to hear some of their experiences at The Recovery College.
Alongside these videos we wanted to reflect on the journey so far with our current students. The marketing team co-produced an idea with students to create an art piece that incorporated our CHIME values.
We used our Recover Together Sessions to create unique art pieces, one for each letter of CHIME.

The Recovery College is an educational learning environment for people who have an interest in, or personal difficulties with, mental health.
All of our sessions are created with people who have lived experience of challenges with their own mental health along with carers and healthcare professionals.
You do not need any formal qualifications or experience to attend the college. All of our courses are free of charge and open to anyone, aged 18 and over.
