Looking for a way to connect? Join the Recovery College Recover Together

This week we are raising awareness for Loneliness and helping to reduce the stigma around this natural human emotion.

 Here at The Recovery College we have a fantastic group called Recover Together.

Recover Together is a friendly, safe space for our students to come together and connect over shared hobbies, interests and games, You will take part in recovery focused activities to help build confidence, self-worth, self-esteem and wellbeing.

These sessions are a great introduction to the college and will help you make new connects and combat loneliness.. 

We have Recover Together sessions across the Black Country and Online.

The Recovery College is an educational learning environment for people who have an interest in, or personal difficulties with, mental health.

All of our sessions are created with people who have lived experience of challenges with their own mental health along with carers and healthcare professionals.

You do not need any formal qualifications or experience to attend the college. All of our courses are free of charge and open to anyone, aged 18 and over.
