Continuing with our series about our RC Hub, the next category is Learning about my mental illness.
The Recovery College Hub (shortened to RC Hub) is a mental health, recovery, health and wellbeing resource library, for people living in the Black Country.
Every resource that is uploaded to our hub has you in mind. If you have any resources that have helped you on your journey and you would like to recommend to others, get in touch!
Some of our most popular resources in this category are:
Stress Vulnerability Bucket (youtube.com) This is a great video all about managing your stress bucket and how to keep it from overflowing with stress.
Mental health leaflets - This link provides an online library of free mental health leaflets where you can learn more about a range of conditions. Each leaflet is easy to download and access.
Help others with mental health problems - Every Mind Matters - NHS) This website provides information for helping others with mental health struggles. How you can support a loved one, why your support matters and what you can do when someone needs additional help.
There are lots of resources available this is just three from the many resources.
Make sure you are connected to the blog so you can see our next post highlighting the wonderful RC Hub!
