Are you curious about Mental Health but not sure where to start learning?

Mental Health Aware is a course created by Mental Health First Aid. In this 4 hour (half a day) course you will - learn what mental health is and how to challenge stigma, gain basic knowledge of some common mental health issues, learn how to look after your own mental health and maintaining wellbeing and much more! 

This course will be running at The Recovery College on 12th March . This course is online which means you can attend from your own home.

The Recovery College is an educational learning environment for people who have an interest in, or personal difficulties with, mental health.

All of our sessions are created with people who have lived experience of challenges with their own mental health along with carers and healthcare professionals.

You do not need any formal qualifications or experience to attend the college. All of our courses are free of charge and open to anyone, aged 18 and over.
