Bloxwich Launchpad is a brand-new digital skills and business incubation centre in the heart of Bloxwich. The Recovery College has been providing information and taster sessions with the launchpad throughout 2024 - present.
Now the Launchpad has fully opened, we are excited to announce we will be running a six week course with the Let's Talk team.
The first 3 sessions of Let's Talk About Loneliness will be running 9:30am-10:30am every Monday 15/9 - 29/9 and is available on a drop in basis, if you wish to know more, please contact:

Exploring the links between loneliness and mental health.
Exploring connections and understanding their importance.
Develop an understanding that loneliness is normal human emotion.
Explore and overcome loneliness in ourselves and others.

The Recovery College is an educational learning environment for people who have an interest in, or personal difficulties with, mental health.
All of our sessions are created with people who have lived experience of challenges with their own mental health along with carers and healthcare professionals.
You do not need any formal qualifications or experience to attend the college. All of our courses are free of charge and open to anyone, aged 18 and over.
