For National Volunteer Week we want to express how grateful we are to our volunteers and how they contribute to The Recovery College.
Darren is one of our volunteers, he has been with the college for a number of years, helping with co-production and as a volunteer co-facilitator.
In April the marketing team sat down with Darren to discuss his experience as a volunteer. We talked about the skills he has gained, what Darren enjoys about volunteering, and his aims for the future with the college.
One reason Darren enjoys volunteering with The Recovery College is because of the passion each volunteer has for helping others who are on their recovery journey.
