Hi Everyone,

We hope you had been enjoying this terms courses and the return of our face-to-face courses. It's been great to see you all. As always, we have been super busy spreading the word of The Recovery College and what we do, to support & wellbeing services that we provide. Including getting everything ready for the spring term, hasn't this term just flown by.

Visits to Faith and Belief Communities in the Black Country

With the return of our face-to-face course, this term we had our first 'Visit to Faith Communities in The Black Country.' Our first stop was at the 'Top Church' in Dudley, where we learnt more about the history of the building and what's going on there today. These visits are not only a great way to learn more history of the building, but also the different beliefs and places of worship within our community today. Keep an eye on our socials for more information on our next faith visits.

World A.I.D.S Day

On the 1st December we celebrated World A.I.D.S Day at the college, a day of reflection but also to raise awareness and pay respects to those lost by AIDS. As well as looking back at how far we have come today in the management of HIV.

By raising awareness through our socials by sharing resources, local organisations/events and all our team wearing red for the day.

Autumn Term Celebration

We want to say a massive thank you to everyone who was able to attend our Autumn Term Celebration. It was lovely to see all of your artwork and performances too. Here at The Recovery College we like the beginnings of each term, but we also like the end of each term as this time allows us all to reflect back.

What are your successes this term? Let us know!

From all the team here at The Recovery College, we hope you have a lovely winter break and we can't wait to see you all in the new year!

We will be back open on the 3rd January 2023
