Mental Health Awareness Week โœจ

In May we celebrated Mental Health Awareness Week, from 9th โ€“ 15th May 2022 & the theme for this year was Loneliness.

As stated by the Mental Health Foundation "One in four adults feel lonely some or all of the time. There's no single cause and there's no one solution. After all, we're all different! But, the longer we feel lonely, the more we are at risk of mental health problems. Some people are also at higher risk of feeling lonely than others."

Our team also attended the Mental Health Awareness Week event at The Mander Centre, Wolverhampton and spoke with visitors about what we do, our courses and the mental health support/wellbeing services, available across the Black Country.
