Co-production is one of the most important elements of our work at the Recovery College. Co-production means working together to do something different. It is about people with different views and ideas coming together to make things better for everyone. We have 3 exciting opportunities for you to get involved with!

At the Recovery College we take a co-production approach, meaning people with personal experience, including people overcoming distress and supporters (family members and friends) work in respectful partnerships with professionals to co-design, co-deliver and co-evaluate all aspects of the college.

These are the current opportunities available

- Building Routines This workshop aims to help students to explore the basics of routines and why they can be helpful for mental health and recovery. Deadline for Expression of interest 3rd March

- Motivation, Purpose and Moving Forward This course aims to help students understand different types of motivation and develop practical strategies for building momentum, consistence, and purpose. Deadline for Expression of interest 6th March

- Building a life to thrive in, During this workshop we aim to bring together students to create a workshop that can look at empowering and supporting students to reflect on what a meaningful and supportive life looks like for them. Deadline for Expression of interest 3rd March
