I'm a Facilitator
At the Recovery College we have a really great team of dedicated facilitators who make your recovery journey as smooth and as friendly as possible. What do you enjoy about your role?
"I enjoy facilitating sessions and supporting those who need it. I enjoy encouraging students and motivating them to get back out there and tackle the world again. Recovery is our own journey but that does not mean we have to do it alone."
What are you looking forward to for the upcoming term?
"I am looking forward to the health walks. The weather is getting better as we approach summer so there is no better time to be outside and getting those steps in."

The Recovery College is an educational learning environment for people who have an interest in, or personal difficulties with, mental health.
All of our sessions are created with people who have lived experience of challenges with their own mental health along with carers and healthcare professionals.
You do not need any formal qualifications or experience to attend the college. All of our courses are free of charge and open to anyone, aged 18 and over.
