At The Recovery College we have a great Marketing Team made up of Stevie, our deputy principal, Ed our digital officer and Me (Lauren) Digital Marketing and Engagement Assistant.

Next in our Day in the Life of Series, It's my turn to share what my role is at The Recovery College. We do this series to help you get to know us!

Describe your Job Role here at the college

As a Digital Marketing and Engagement Assistant, I manage the social media presence of The Recovery College. I upload to Facebook, write lots of blog posts and I am always looking out for events happening across the Black Country to share with you on our RC Hub.  Alongside Ed, I create lots of designs for social media and posters to share with students and the public. We attend many different events across the Black Country promoting The Recovery College.

What do you enjoy about your role?

Working in the marketing team no two days are the same. I get to travel across each of our bases working with our great staff team. I also get to meet lots of students and help you share your story through photos, videos and written work. I love being creative and finding ways to share our incredible service with more people.

Is there anything you are looking forward to?

The marketing team are getting ready to launch our page on a new social media platform very soon and I am excited to share how awesome The Recovery College is on there..

Which member of the team do you want to hear from next?
