<p>WorkWell is a service designed to support anyone with a health condition or disability to either:</p>

<li>Return/Remain in work</li>
<li>Find and Access work</li>
<li>Refer or signpost into various services available in your local area.</li>
</ul>
<p>WorkWell will help individuals to build a personalised support plan based off their current needs, health conditions/disabilities and additional support that may be needed and then work together with organisations across the Black Country to provide joined up support for that individual.</p>

<p>To join the course, you will need to be over 19 years old, not working or unemployed and in receipt of benefit (JSA, ESA, Income Support or Universal Credit).</p>

<p>Accredited employability programme led by vacancies and employer recruitment.</p>
<p>Face to face delivery for 4 weeks in community venues from Monday to Wednesday 10-1 with online work to be completed at learners’ convenience.</p>
<p>Knowledge of working in different roles in the cleaning industry.</p>
<p>You will learn about customer service and we also have 4 weeks wrap around support to improve your confidence, communication skills, time management, teamworking, CV and interview skills</p>

           <media:description type="html"><![CDATA[<p>We are here to help you achieve your long-term goals with a 4-week course which is run from 10.00am to 1pm over 3 days with some online work which can be completed from home.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
<p>Courses will be running in: Smethwick, Wednesbury, West Bromwich, Greets Green and Tipton</p>
<p>To join the course, you will need to be over 19 years old, not working or unemployed and in receipt of benefit (JSA, ESA, Income Support or Universal Credit).</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Phase 1</span></strong></p>
<p>Accredited employability programme led by vacancies and employer recruitment.</p>
<p>Face to face delivery for 4 weeks in community venues from Monday to Wednesday 10-1 with online work to be completed at learners’ convenience.</p>
<p>Knowledge of working in different roles in the cleaning industry.</p>
<p>You will learn about customer service and we also have 4 weeks wrap around support to improve your confidence, communication skills, time management, teamworking, CV and interview skills</p>
<p>Once you have successfully gained employment you will be progressed onto Phase 2 of our programme.</p>
