    Good Grief - Working through loss in a positive way

    This course provides a compassionate space to explore grief, loss and mourning, whether it is that you’ve lost a loved one, a pet, loss of a job/role, relationship or any other loss. 

    Firstly, we respect and acknowledge that grief is so unique to each person.
    We explore the six stages of grief, explore creative tools that can help acknowledge and release grief, and look at some ways we can remember and celebrate losses appropriately.

    We have found that just coming together to pause and reflect in our grief can be powerful and nourishing.
