Good Grief - Working through loss in a positive way

    Have you lost a loved one? A pet? A relationship or job? This course focuses on what grief and bereavement is, introducing the stages of grief and how we can find meaning in life after loss.

    We will look at how to mark our loss, things we can do to help us cope, and how we can connect to memories, remembering our loved ones in a positive way and creating touchstones to memory that can help to strengthen us for the future.

    We will also look at other experiences of loss, such as the loss of a relationship, job or pet and how we can look after ourselves and find hope again.

    In the final session, we will also look at loss and spirituality, the connection between these and how spirituality can help us deal with or re-frame our loss.
