    The aim of this course is to increase awareness and understanding of emotions and

    feelings, what they are and what they mean for us and others.

    • Define emotions and feelings
    • begin to understand our emotions
    • identify our own emotions
    • explore living with and managing our emotions
    • think about strategies and skills to manage our emotions
    • increase our self-awareness, acceptance and self-compassion
