What is recovery?
Our mission statement
The Recovery College launches in April 2016 with an exciting prospectus containing a variety of courses for you to choose. The college is based at Quayside House, in Oldbury, and includes a reception, resource area/library and lecture room. If you are in the area why not drop in and speak to one of our friendly staff about the courses we will be offering and how to enrol.
We have a number of people with lived experience of mental health issues, informal carers and people with professional experience who support the college by working with us to produce and deliver meaningful and effective courses for you.
We also have a number of volunteers who are working with us to help coordinate and run the college whilst also developing a wide range of skills to help them move forward with their own lives.
If you are interested in finding out more about volunteering please click here. We are always looking for new people who want to develop new skills and help the college in its future journey.
