It is so important to think about looking after yourself on a day to day basis to help maintain your physical and mental well-being.  This may be hard if you are going through a difficult time or if you care for someone else.

Learning to identify what/who is important in your life and what makes you feel good can help to maintain your well-being, helping you to be more emotionally resilient. Little things like making time for yourself, going for a walk or treating yourself are all little things that can help you feel better.
